Great place to walk, excercise and play disc golf, bicycle and even ski in snow time

I enjoyed walking around the place, and it seemed like a very nice place to disc golf. The hill is very gradual, for the most part, so don’t expect (or worry about) too much exercise. 😉

Just skied Newton Hill, which I believe was groomed and track set yesterday. Still in great shape, awesome that we have a free XC course right in the middle of Worcester

Newton Hill is an overlooked gem in the city. It is part of Elm Park, oldest public park in the U.S.. There are hiking trails that circle the hill and others that reach the summit. There's a clearing up there with stone benches and a flagpole. Once the leaves have fallen there might be some views but otherwise the trees block the view. There is also a disc golf course on the hill if you are keen on that activity. I highly recommend this spot for a nice walk in the woods while never leaving the city.

Great course if you don't mind being in Worcester. Would give it 5 stars if it was a cleaner place, lots of trash and glass on some of the holes.
